How Long Will The Xbox One Console Patch Maintenance Take?

I have slow internet and would like to start the new DLC patch download on Xbox One as soon as possible, as it could take me a while, I can then sleep while it downloads. I can play online games fine, but to download 5GB takes around 7-8 hours, I'm assuming the Xbox One patch is around that size as PC was 4GB (I think). I'm on the NA server, thanks for any info you can give.
EDIT: If it helps, I'm on the PST time zone, so it starts at around 1:00AM for me.
