What's up with the weird water reflection thing?

It's not much of an issue, it's just...kind of annoying/distracting when I'm doing stuff near water. As you can see stuff that shouldn't be reflecting in the water (like the Twilight's wing(s) and the torches) IS being reflected, and in a weird way. The Twilight's wings are massive and the torches are pixelated to the extent that they look like they're from Mincraft XD. It only happens at certain angles, but I move my camera all over the place a lot of the time, so it's still something I notice often enough.
