The old man with Dumbledores voice. Is he a Breton or Imperial?

And one last question. I watched a video of a templar casting with his left hand and holding the staff with his right hand. That looked really cool and I was wondering if all races have the same casting animations? I rolled a Templar and hoping to look like the character I seen in the video.

TESO needs a wardrobe system badly. Something similar to WoW's tmog system would make this game one of the best mmorpg out there!

    Assuming that the "Prophet" was the Emperor (because he was called as such), he is an Imperial.

    And about your second question, well what am I supposed to say? I don't even know what animation you mean. But either way there are definitely a lot of skills for each class that have specific/particular animation while holding a weapon in the right hand.

    I think the OP means the slamming the staff into the ground as he casts a spell.I like that animation too,and would love it to be ingame!

    Prophet is an Imperial. Never stated it's class.
    And yes, all cast animations are the same for all races, what changes it is the weapon type that you have equipped.
