I don't care how I get more inventory space, just need a way do deal with all the bind on pickup sets.

BOP is needing more Inventory... fully agree
but increasing Bank Space would also be fine.

No, instead new skills and mounted combat should be added. They made this player riding skill change and removed old horse feeding system to sell their crown store mounts. This needs to be reverted too.
is a bit off topic of OP:
But mounted combat would be awesome :)
Is a whole new dimension to PVP.
I think that such a PVP functionality should come with collision with enemy players (Shield Wall Heavy Infantery) and then Cavalry is needed for the fast flank manoevring including war drums and cavalry trumpets for more coordinates battles (Team Speak is perfect, but not for PUG's)

Something for over a couple of years?

it took 5 years for lotro to deliver that my friend. I don't want to be a pessimist but I wouldn't expect something like that in next 5 years. Maybe a decade. It would be cool but for now I'm expecting different stuff for them to deliver.

The riding cap is already high enough and takes far too long for new characters to max. What ZOS needs to do is sell consumables for gold at each stable that boost either riding speed or stamina, and a hybrid food that does both. Capacity is excluded due to problems when it would expire.

So if you have a basic mount food that lasts for 4 hours and gives your mount +30% speed or +30% stamina, but does not exceed the cap, you would allow players the means to catchup with friends without changing anything about rider training. The hybrid food could give you +20% speed and stamina but cost a little more.

In terms of price, the basic (green) consumable could cost 1,500 gold each, while the hyrbid (blue) consumable could cost 2,200 gold each. There could even be a premium (purple) consumable that gives +30% speed and stamina and costs 3,600 gold each. Only one mount consumable may be active at a time.

This consumable should last for 4 hours as that is a reasonable amount off time to play in a single session. The costs can be changed but if you consider that these upgrades require 1-2 months of time to earn, having them cost 50-60 gold per point seems reasonable and they make a decent gold sink for veteran players wth new characters.

EDIT: In order to prevent these items from clogging inventory space the mount consumable is instantly used upon purchase and never occupies a slot in the player's inventory. If your character's current mount consumable expires you just need to find a nearby stable to purchase a new one and reapply the desired buff.

I like this. Could work too.

Yes. The only people saying no simply don't pvp. At least add a battle leveling option for our mounts so we can be faster. Needing rapid maneuver to keep up with the action is ridiculous.

To what end? You didn't explain the reasoning behind the question. Would the cap increase the speed and other stats beyond what they are now? Or would it just take longer to get where we are now?

Some people want faster horses.I dont exactly, but I would like it if we could train them as far as we want to. I train mostly for capacity and to get armor on them. The face plates and the harness. Already got the saddle bags.

60% is still too slow for me.

I need 100% at the least. or maybe 140% w/ Major Gallop.

No but I would approve an overhaul on the in game once per day training BS perhaps with increasing prices that reset at the end of the day.

    60 points isn't 60%... it's 100%

Fast horses make me think of the Kentucky Derby ... not ESO.

The speed is ridiculous at full 60 with rapid maneouvers (as other posters have said).

It's a MMO, if you can't handle people getting a better deal after some time, then you should go play something else. It happens all the time in MMO's... remember when Psijic Ambrosia was first introduced?! Pages cost upwards of 250.000 gold, now you can buy them for 5000 gold...

Anyway got multiple alts at 60/60/60.. wouldn't care if other players get it free / insta.. just means for my next alt I won't have to spend 180 days of watching loading screens just to click on a + symbol.

Yes, when I ride this cap falls into my eyes and I tend to run into walls.

I vote +1 for a much higher riding cap, maybe a stiffer neck strap would do the job?

Perhaps a nice satin one will do, as to avoid chafing.
