Do you still remember what rain smells like? What the sun feels like on your skin? The sound of birds early in the morning?
If so, you can safely up your gaming dosage ...

You can still quit in the middle, can't you?ladyonthemoon wrote: »If you ask about "healthy", under one hour is the answer. I don't play every day and during variable lengths of time, from one hour to four or five, when I'm lucky and everything goes right.
Indeed I ask for your opinion on healthy
To point out vet Maelstrom arena asks us to play for unhealthy amount of hours

I have to disagree. Eye to hand coordination, problem solving, teamwork, all of these things and more can be improved by gaming.
I have had this discussion with family and friends that are not gamers. They are always amazed at how much I can play.
Then I ask them how much TV they sit and veg out to with no thought or movement at all lol. Then they pause for a moment and say, 'I guess I see your point' LOL
Yeah I think the OP is saying that 'Due To Health and Safety, something that takes THIS LONG at a sitting to complete, should have checkpoints'
If it takes MOST people x hours or more to complete, then checkpoints will have to be added anyway bcause saying 'log off and start over' would be 'unfair.'
Isn't that what you're getting at?
I personally have no pony in this race - so I am just guessing that this is what the OP is getting at.
