    But... only forum participants can vote in the other poll... so they're actually identical. Except this one has better age ranges.

    Well, your going to get the same results as the other polls. The only people who will see it are the ones on the forums...just like the other polls.

    You don't think that the 'forum participants' group would be identical to the 'player group that visits the forums' group? I'll bet they're completely identical when adjusting for statistical sample deviation.

    • People that play the game, but also visit the forums, are using the forums. This is group B.
    • Since group B automatically filters away the players that don't use the forum, group B is identical to group A.

    Very myopic... People who think this way obviously enjoy speaking for others. Therefore, while there may be people in their family who they feel comfortable speaking for, they are not, themselves, in that group, and would have no trouble speaking for them...

    I don't think people will come on here and vote for someone else, as if they did that, they wouldn't be able to vote for themselves, which they would as they're already using the forum since they saw this thread to begin with, and then the vote they cast would still reflect their own age :smile:

    You could argue that people can recruit people to show up to the forum to vote just because of this thread, but I doubt people would do that.
