No Balanced Campaigns Anymore

On Xbox there's not one balanced campaign, every campaign is dominated by one alliance and it's zerg city 24/7. It's hurting pvp, we need some kind of balance system or something to make people want to actually play in more competitive campaigns. I've played on both the winning side & the losing side, after a while it gets old when you just zerg or get zerged. Cut some of the dominated campaigns, increase the AP more for losing.

Also please add something to stop people from quitting just to join another alliance which also causes imbalance...

Too many PvE'rs in the PvP zone or at least in IC is a large part of the problem imo. Anyone in IC counts toward population allowed in Cyrodiil which is usually one factions PvE'rs guaranteeing themselves access to grind IC as unmolested as possible. So they congregate where its safest and less chance of losng TVs. Sucks though for PvP.

yes but what do you want to do to balance it? When there are more people on one side of the fight and when they are more organized. What do you want to do to help the side with less people there? Any kind of "battle leveling" in a sense of something like "a group with lesser people will get some skill bonuses" would be totally unfair

Doing one campaign with free access to IC and all the other campaings with restricted gated access could solve some PVP problems, but still I don`t believe it is a long-term solution. There will still be many people in IC PVEing.

The only long-term and really satisfying solution for this would imho be greatly increasing the server processing capacity and speed, so that it would not matter then how many people would be there, but the servers would be able to process that all and with no lags.

Well they could buff the Keep NPC's for the factions with the lower population... of course this is assuming they even own any keeps.

Or maybe they could just decrease the amount of AP/rewards you get if you are playing on the more populated side. If your side is more than 20% above the other factions then you earn 20% less... 40% or 50% well then you earn 40% or 50% less. Maybe with this in place some guilds will swap sides to help even out the numbers.

I can't stand this. They need to shut down like 50% of these campaigns. Cyro shouldn't be a grind spot.

I don't want a system that buffs the less populated side, more so a system that makes player's WANT to be in a balanced campaign. Something that makes you think twice about joining a buff server and to be honest pve players shouldn't be in pvp farming.

It's here to stay unfortunately. Half of my available campaigns are pop locked. The other half is pop locked by one faction and pretty much empty of the other two.

They close campaigns occasionally to force people into massive pop campaigns and we get long queues and enormous zergs.

You win if you have more people. Period. So most people migrate to where they will win. Rerolling alliances if they must.

    Agree there's issues.

    Currently ps4 eu.

Chill rend owned by yellows, 2 yellow bars, 0 others

Azura's 3 full bars each faction.

    Bwb empty
    Versi shade (spelling?) Empty

Haderus 3 red bars, no others

Scourge 3 red bars, 1 blue, entire map red.

It's boring being a dc player, yesterday me and 4 blues took 3 keeps back in scourge, on the 4th keep a group of 60+ reds came at us, then proceeded to take back all 3 keeps within 10 minutes, then spawn camped at Southern high rock for 2 hours, literally 4 to 5 blues and 20+ reds sat there for well over an hour.

Believe it or not at launch that was the state of PvP no more how big the fight no lag then they had to "fix" it and lag city.

I can't pretend to know why but it has gotten a lot worse.
