Yea im a NB too and IK when things need fixed all these FOTM hate change. They should def reduce to cost or make it break after a certain damage like petrify. Maybe even make it a cast for a single player instead of an AOE

And indeed it shall not be aoe OR like blazing spear it should randomly hit one single target in the aoe OR raise the cost
Resource management is so trivial, they just need to make CC breaking more reliable (not just for fear, for every CC).
But I can't believe people are still struggling against fear. If fear is still making or breaking you, there is something wrong with your setup.

I can have a full stamina bar just to watch my character run in the opposite direction, seems to finally break after 1.5-2 seconds. Im on ps4 and i feel in that aspect fear or cc in general needs to be fixed.

Comparing wrecking blows cc to fears makes no sense. Wrecking blow is dodge able and blockable fear is not. Fossilize and rune prison break when damage fear should do the same.
Why nerf it instead of fixing the root of the problem you are experiencing?
