Well I don't Know if its just me or not but I've finished every delve, 40/40 quests all group boss's and Group Dungeons, I've opened at least 2000+ chests, Pots sacks, crates and been doing 4 Lvl 10 writs a Day and have not yet got 1 Orc motif, have about 1000 Lockpicks which is funny cause i was always running out before, but no luck with motifs at all, anyone else having a similar problem or is it just me.

    I've gotten so many dropped motifs that I now have nearly every one of the normal ones.Just not the rare ones yet.

    Although I am on Xbox I read the PC patch notes which say that they are split half and half between the 2 new public dungeons, so you have to farm the public dungeon bosses and creatures and what not. The ancient Orc motif is specific to Wrothgar so it can only be acquired in Wrothgar. You can of course use it outside of Wrothgar.

    Thats the problem I've been in Wrothgar, for the last 5 days, and have done both Public Dungeons at least 6 times each and still not 1 drop, last boss i killed gave me a white shadow spun sash worth 0 and a lockpick :(

    I got my Ancient Orc Bows motif off of a Hagraven trash mob in a public dungeon. A friend got one out of an urn. But yeah... They're rarer than unnatural eggs in Wrothgar.

    Lockpicks for everyone!

    But I can't complain with the rest. In my bit of exploration I've found a Dwemer sword page and Barbaric motif. That's better than before where I can't remember when I've found the last motif.

    They are preparing to nerf lock picks, so that boss drops and writs become worthwhile ;)

    I haven't gotten diddly from any of the bosses but lots of nice stuff from urns.

    RNG gonna RNG brother. Running the two public dungeons with a guildie the other night. In 2 hrs the results were as follows.

    Her: 6 Ancient Orc Motif's, All different
    Me: No motifs. Weaksauce.
