Loading screens takes too long - after latest patch

Rasimir✭✭✭Common user experience surveys show that such loading screens should take 10-15 seconds AT MOST. The initial game start can be longer of course, but after that initial load all subsequent zone changes should be smooth or they feel like taking hours. And here for some people they ARE taking hours (40 minutes within two hours of playtime as someone reported...).0
