How Can I Stop PTS From Auto-Updating?

I no longer wish to partake in any PTS but it keeps trying to automatically update itself whenever I start the launcher. I just press pause every time so it won't do that. How can I permanently stop it from updating?

Yep. You can also keep PTS visible but turn off the Auto-Update from Game Options > Settings while the PTS server is selected.
