Bug: Torug's Pact (probably a visual)

Something is definitely up with Torug's Pact second piece bonus.
Equip two Torug's Pact axes. Look at your spellpower.
Remove one and replace it with a regular axe. Look at your spellpower. It's the same.
However, some quick DPS tests were different:
Two Torug's Axes; 32639 magicka / 1823 spelldamage.
Vampire Bane 2931
Puncturing Sweep: 1994
One Torug's Axe + One regular Axe: 32639 magicka / 1826 spelldamage.
Vampire Bane 2864
Puncturing Sweep: 1948
One Torug's Axe + One Torug's Shield: 32639 magicka / 1620 spelldamage.
Vampire Bane 2806
Puncturing Sweep: 1911
I don't have my old coefficients or the damage formula so I can be certain if that difference is from the Torug's bonus which is being applied (but we can;t see on the character screen) or something else.
Exactly how much spellpower is that regular old Axe giving? Is it higher than an armor-set piece bonus?

Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

✭Axe shouldn't be giving any spell power, I'll test now on console and report back.
Thats the thing with dual wield, every weapon gives spell damage based on weapon damage (ZOS Idea of spellsword) so yes technically axed do give spell power as much spell power as a staff and if 2 are equipped they stack. I made a poll all about this issue the majority agree its BS (but I could have timed it better bug report floods have drowned it)PS4 NA

Yes dual wield swords will give more than dual wield axes but dual wield axes will give you more than one axe(unless that one axes level is substantially higher). it is not the additional base damage that does this (though it is a factor) it is the damage of both weapons period that can cause this since both weapons add to spell power even without passives.PS4 NA
