I try to login the game, but it asked me for an access code. It says that an email was sent to me. Up to this date I have not received any email with the access code. I have a Hotmail account. Please help.

are you sure that you used that e-mail for ESO account creation? and not an another one? I get these codes pretty fast, usually within few minutes
or maybe, check the spam folder of your e-mail, could happen that the e-mail client mistakenly put it there0
