I am a vampire, how do i reach lvl 10 fastest?

So i just today got vampire, and i just wanna get the achievement in-game to hit 10 and drop it asap. a note that i am vr16
i have a few questions

what is fastest way to level it? i finished all quests so theres IC sewers, Cyro Dolmens, pvp, or something else
does having skills on my bar affect speed? can i have none? should i have all 3?
when i drop vampirism will i be refunded skill points or must i reset first
does being stage 4 vampirism increase speed of experience gained?
and why does the damage suck? i deal only 1371 (before resistances) per second with drain essence

Vapirism levels along with your character. So the secret to leveling vampirism "faster" is to just grind out the regular levels as fast as you can. It doesn't work the same way werewolf does.

Having skills in your bar and to answer your question, there is no fast way other than quest and grind as usual.

Can't be bothered answering everything (it's late and I'm tired), but there is no fast way to level it. It's based on the exp you earn normally. So whatever gets you the most exp as per normal character levelling, go with that route.
You will not gain additional vamp experience based on your rank.
Dropping Vampirism will not refund you the skill points, but if you ever wish to regain Vampirism, everything you chose will still be there including your rank. So if you were rank 5 when you got cured, you'd be rank 5 when you become a Vampire again.
Drain essence sucks.

Actually, since the IC patch you no longer have to have vampire skills on your bar while earning XP to advance your Vampirism skill line - now it advances regardless, but always based on earned XP (just like how your racial skill line advances). Of course, it's still useful to have vampire skills on your bar while earning XP in order to level those particular skills.

Thanks guys everything has been answered, but to clarify from what you say it seems i don't need any skills on my bar? thats great because i can just farm ic sewers anyway then
(not saying orsinium cuz ps4)

1. Repeatable daily craglorn quests I think there is 3 or 4 of them
2. If your talking about exp gain speed I'm pretty sure it does, dont quote me on that though
3. You need to respec all skill points to be refunded the skill points BEFORE you cure yourself
4. no i dont believe it does
5. The damage goes up as you level the skill line just like all the others, morph it and get the morph to rank IV then get vampirism to level 10 and then you'll be doing the most damage possible from that skill.
