Can anyone tell me if this passive is worthwhile? I admit that I've been playing since PC beta and I have never explored this.

Asia_Skyly✭✭✭It gives you access to a quest giver in Cyrodiil that grants you the kill 10 <enter_enemy_name_here>. The quest itself gives an ok, not great, amount of experience. There are far, far better ways to make experience in game.0 -
