Why my launcher downloading whole game again with Orsinium?

After the server maintenance my game launcher is downloading the whole game again for some reason, how big is the orsinium dlc i cant understand

EDIT: sorry it wasnt downloading it it was just applying some temporary files that got removed after the download my mistake

    Mine has too. I was away when it began or I would have stopped it. Now who knows how rekt my files would be if I stopped it.

    yes but what does that mean at the end ? that you have the game 2 times in your pc? why did it do that

    Make sure you aren't looking at the "applying" portion of the update, I downloaded a little over 4GB total for this patch, but it applied changes to over 15GB of my existing game data.
