looking for a guild that plays when i play

I play most nights Australian Eastern time when the game allows and sometimes on weekends. I'm an old noob. I play PVE, my main is V7 Templar, I don't chat much in game due to headset that only works when it wants to. I have not done any group events, because when i play my guildies are never on.I wear crap gear that i make myself.Oh, the biggie.....I play one handed because of a disability, so im a little slow at maneuvering my char during battles. Im called Grisleyemu270982 so add me if you think you can help me.
