Hey @GreenSoup2HoT . I hope to give you some advice as I successfully finished the v16 First Titan armor set a few weeks ago.

1. Check your guild stores
2. Have friends who are looking for you
3. Do dolmens with friends
4. Have multiple groups doing different dolmens at the same time. Everyone waits for the other involved to show up when a boss of interest has spawned.
5. When you get the Lich or Seducer boss, then ask your friends and guild mates to help you get the drop. Write a small message, explaining the situation, and offer a gold reward in exchange for any drops that anyone gets.
6. Make sure when doing number 4 or 5 that everyone gets at least one light attack off on the boss. If they don't get this attack in, then they wont get a chest.

Grats getting your full Draugr's Heritage Set. Thanks for the advice.

Console is a very different story. I will have to relie on myself to do all of the steps you have listed. The only thing i can possibly do, is call upon my guildies in voice chat once i do fine a specific general.

I have actually spotted a couple pieces for sale. I just need to farm mass amounts of gold to buy them. Getting a lot of gold is something i struggle with.

Do you know of any specific generals i should be looking out for? I already have the Dylora's Staff. So its just the light Armour pieces left. Once i figure out which general it is, i can call upon my friends to help me once i eventually find one.

The Seducer Sisters drop Dylora's Staff, Epaulets of the Lich, Bracers of the Lich, & Mask of the Darkest Seducer
The Lich of Mournhold drops Helmet of the Lich and Robe of the Lich

Ozzozachar (Son of Molag Bal) drops the "First Titan" armor
Traveling Dremora drop Hood of the Voidguide
the Torturers drop the Face Mask and Encasement of Anguish.

All of the bosses have some form of bind on equip drop that is related to them. The above ones are just the most interesting.

Is this the specific titles they are called by? Or do they have different in game names?

Molag Bal has a couple of different introductions for them.

I forget all of the Seducer's names, but you can find it in the achievement related to defeating them. They are 3 seducers that count as one boss fight.

The lich is named Gedna Revel or something similar to that. Molag Bal will say something to the effect of "from deep below Mournhold etc etc."

Anyone dolmen can get you these rare sets. However to get these items in v16 it has to be in cryodill.

Put up a few pieces for sale on PC NA but I have no idea what you can sell them for as they are so rare that master merchant had no data on them.

Are they really THAT valuable? I play both a light armor NB and Sorc and I wouldn't replace my gear with it. Maybe for a templar healer but then again they got channel focus.

They are valuable for ppl that want to have something unique and go off mainstream with their build.

On PC NA megaserver I've seen a guild store sale on the Dyloraan's staff for 1.3 million gold. I've got 7000 gold to my name. Still not selling my staff.

My statistics (divided per dolmen):
Cheydinhal 3 generals / 8 tries, 0 drops
Niben 3 generals / 9 tries, 1 Draugr's heritage piece
East 3 generals / 8 tries, 1 Draugr's heritage
Winter 1 general / 8 tries, 0 drops
Bruma 4 generals / 9 tries, 1 Draugr's heritage piece
Apple 0 generals / 11 tries
Northwest 2 generals / 10 tries, 0 drops
Forest 2 generals / 11 tries, 0 drops
Green 1 general / 9 tries, 1 Draugr's heritage piece
Nibenay 1 general / 10 tries, 0 drops

total 20 generals / 93 tries, 4 valuable drops

So that's… 20% chance on spawning a general, and then 20% chance on dropping valuable loot. But not all generals drop good loot so take that into consideration. It takes me approximately 50 minutes to run all 10 dolmens in Cyrodiil.

The other curious thing is that before I started collecting statistics I got 3 pieces of Lich (staff, robe, gloves) but since then I have only got Draugr's heritage pieces (two axes, bow and chest).

I have done about a thousand dolmens in Bangkorai with my ad chars to get dylora's staff at v10; it took me more than 6 months but i got it and still use it, now beside the v16 dylora's staff on my 2nd bar. I bought a v9 dyloras staff on esbay once for only 2000 gold before there were v16 versions.

It is that good for my healer that i dont mind it took that long and i like to see the set won by others every now and then but what i like most it is that hard to obtain. Drop rates are fine for me; i have done several levels on different chars without grinding the spiders;) I saved all the v1-v9 pieces i have used for another healer i might level one day and also look forward to use the complete set at level 40 next time

i got the complete v16 lich set i started farming them on sep 4 when the IC patch came out. bye october a month later i had only gotten 2 drop helm and staff then i found 2 peices in guild for 250k + and then finally like 2 weeks ago i got the last peice the hand from a drop. very very hard set to get.

if you want to farm it good luck because it very time consuming. i did about 1500 dolmens

One last question for you guys.

If you have 1 v16 piece and the rest are below v16 and you have the full set equipped. Will you get the bonus from the highest level piece or the lowest? How do mixed leveled sets work?

AFAIK, the bonus is an average of level and quality.

i have all my peices v16 and one hand v9 and it balance it out i lose a little

My Sorc has been using this set since level 40. He's now wearing the V10. His Magicka regen is over 2900 so I think it's very viable!

I've been keeping more statistics since then.

190 further dolmens run. 30 generals spawned.
~15.8% general spawning rate.

Out of these Seducers spawned 2 times (on par, 1/16 = 6% chance), Lich of Mournhold 0 times.

Based on this evidence I would assume that one of the following is true:
-I was unlucky on these 190 dolmens, or lucky on the previous 93 dolmens
-doing dolmens in a less populated campaign will reduce chance of generals (I was in Axe instead of Azura for these 190 dolmens)
-doing a lot of dolmens over time reduces chance of general spawning
-Orsinium patch lowered the spawn rate (I don't suspect this though)

I would also make the conjecture that doing a dolmen has maybe 0.3% - 0.5% chance of getting you a piece of the Shroud of Lich set (15% for general, ~10% to get Seducers or Lich, 20% for them to drop a piece). That's not very good odds, since you'll need 5 pieces for the set...

A friend of mine (@Sharmony) has the full V16 set. Took him 1 or 2 weeks to get it and a lot of dolmens. Whenever one of the bosses that drops the set would spawn, he would call all as many friends as possible to come complete the dolmen with him to increase his chance of getting the right pieces. I guess that's a good way to get past the small drop chance. Just call a bunch of friends and get them to give it to you for free if they drop it
