why is it better to choose one of them an not go for both?
I dont have any set, I use my own magicka/stamina build, yesterday one player told me it is best to have a set crafted, according to your build.
Is there any set, that increases magica and stamina?

Hybrid builds are quite difficult to make worth it, so you're much better off focusing on one of the resources and getting armor that matches that. What weight of armor do you use most importantly? This is important to determine if you go with the passives that relate to each resource.
I did not do any google research about builds nor sets, but I play as it goes and I use skills that seem to have the greatest impact for me, I have only armor and weapons that I got from drops. I have high alchemy and provisioning, also enchanting. I am maxing up my blacksmithing and leatherworking recently.I dont have any set, I use my own magicka/stamina build, yesterday one player told me it is best to have a set crafted, according to your build.

all my armor is heavy armor, I have all pieces of it and also the jevelery enchanted to increase health and health recovery. I have one part of the build for two handed and one part of the build for destro staff.
I mostly use these skills:
two handed:
wrecking blow, fill soulgem, hardened armor, rally, green dragon blood, dragonleap ultimate,
destro staff:
degeneration, destructive clench, stone shield, rapid maneuver, green dragon blood, ultimate dragon leap
two handed greatsword - I have a greatsword 900 + 300 magic dmg on daedras or undead
two handed axe 920 + 200 fire
destro staff 920 +200 fire
This question is is is is really noob. Did you ever played a mmo in your life? Sets are not just important because they can boost your stamina or magicka, they give you special thing when you complete one, that are very very useful depending what you do.
Also the bonifications make you very very more stronger.

You mean Soul Trap lol
Also that is a relatively interesting build I must say (also your Sword is called the Prismatic Weapon from the Fighter's Guild questline) but you know, buffs can be activated on one skill bar and remain even if you weapon swap provided they are not a toggle like Magelight. Also it sounds like you wish to be a Tank based on your build's design and theme. Also if I may inquire why the same Ultimate on both bars?

yes, sould trap,
prismatic blade, yes, but not from the guild, I have found it in one burned house in cyrodiil, with 3 vampires around it, ...but now I am not sure, I had two swords like that, I am not sure if this second one is from that cyrodiil house, or if it was the first one, I am not sure where I got the second one, might be from fighters guild, earth forge
yes, I usually, swap weapons and use hardened armor, stone shield, rapid maneuver (I have actually charging maneuver), I heal myself if needed with rally, green dragon blood, when too much dmg taken, then potion (I have alchemy around 30, I can craft 5000 + health + 5000 stamina + 5000 magica + weapon crit potions)
I did not do any analysis if tank or dps, I am usually in the front of the battlefield, I usually do PVE, PVP only sometimes. I use two handed axe, when with daeadras or undead, prismatic blade. sometimes I switch to destro staff
ok, question:
what hybrid set would you recommend for my build/weapons combination?
well simply because I only can use one ultimate at a time and standard is not so good, this one is better, I am waiting for dawn breaker

Understandable, but as Brrrofski said Magma Armor is an amazing Ultimate for a Tank. It even has a morph, Corrosive Armor, that while active allows you to ignore all of your target's Physical and Spell Resistance! Sure it only lasts several seconds or so but that alone offers you plenty of time. Between that, damaging enemies near you, and capping all damage you take to a very small portion it easily rivals Dragon Leap. As for Dragonknight Standard I share your opinion that it does not really compare to the other 2 from the Dragonknight Skill Lines but it isn't a bad skill and there are some who use it so to those people please do not think I am putting it down lol

I've lost count how many times when doing dungeons going through the bet ranks how many times it stopped a wipe.
Stick it on and get a res or two

id suggest this website for checking out sets, (you can click a set and see how it is obtained also) i prefer it to the other one mentioned.
http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Sets
as you can see most heavy armor sets (other than affliction) tend to lean to health and other stats, and a few may lean to stamina or magicka even fewer do both as hybrids are not popular. But to be honest a lot of the choice on getting both stamina and magicka within the set should not be your focus, you can just enchant any set as you want. so you can always make up for it if one is missing using enchants.
hybrids do suffer from lower damage. so id keep your focus on tanky survival and recommend Craftable sets (easier to get hold of):
Whitestrake's Retribution [4 traits](2 items) Adds Max Health
(3 items) Adds Spell Resistance
(4 items) Adds Health Recovery
(5 items) Whitestrake's Retribution: If wearers Health is below 30%, gain a [x] Damage Shield for 8 seconds. This effect can occur no more than once per 15 seconds.
Willow's Path [6 traits](2 items) Adds Magicka Recovery
(3 items) Adds Stamina Recovery
(4 items) Adds Health Recovery
(5 items) Willow's Path: Increase all recovery in combat by 15%.
If you like using soul trap maybe even look at oblivion foe (hard to craft)(2 items) Adds Health Recoveryim not sure if this set would increase to damage of soul assault or just soul trap, it states increase damage of abilities implying more than one, if it does it could be very worth while considering using a soul strike morph soul assault. in your ranged ultimate slot.
(3 items) Adds Stamina Recovery
(4 items) Adds Magicka Recovery
(5 items) Oblivion's Foe: Increase the damage of your Soul Trap abilities by 100%
The Red Mountain.

But I would recommend you listen to all the guys saying you should focus on one resource.
Unless you are a dedicated tank, and do not wish to play as a damage dealer. Then hybrid builds are viable for sustain and resource management.
