Crit surge and Rally
I know that the 20% damage bonus doesnt stack with eachother ( one major and one minor at a time ) but does the healing for both stack? Like could I get the healing from rally and the healing from crit surge or is it only one of the heals at a time? And if it is only one heal at a time is it just the last one I used?
