When you contact Support, it is a good idea to provide proof that Microsoft have received your payment for ESO Plus, as that is the first thing ZOS are likely to ask for; before you do that, ZOS may try to fob you off to Microsoft, claiming that the issue is with them. If possible, you should also try to provide a screenshot of your Character Screen showing the "ESO Plus Member" active effect. If that is missing, it is likely that ESO Plus has not been applied to your account at all, and that will need to be addressed first. After purchasing an ESO Plus membership on console, you should be aware that there can be a delay of 24-48 hours in the included crowns being applied to your account.
If you have waited longer than 48 hours since purchasing ESO Plus on console, and have not received the crowns included with the membership, you should contact our Customer Support team at the following link: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask.

1.) Take a screen shot of your Microsoft billing statement showing the month in question ESO membership charge. (Make sure your email or gamertag is in the picture.)
2.) Email support saying that you did not receive your monthly crowns for this month and attach the screen shot as prove.
3.) Wait for crowns.

I send them two screenshots that shows that the e-mail matches, with the gamertag and the microsoft account with wich i purchased eso-plus. And they said it is not enough proof.
Is there a site that shows the gamertag and the billing information? I can`t seem to find it. When I go to Account, on xbox.com, it redirects me to my microsoft account.
