Did I just got screwed over? I didn't get my crowns! XB1

I bought ESO Plus yesterday and didn't get my crowns. I send in a ticket and they told me to go to the forum for help.

Looking around here, I see a lot of people with the same issue but is there actually a response from ZeniMax or just silence? It is frustrating and infuriating. I just got screwed over in Defiance from Trion (I hate them) and I never expected the same that from ZeniMax.

So did anyone get their crows who hasn't received them when they bought ESO Plus??

    From my understanding you get the 1500 crowns at the end of your term so when you renew the next month or it expires is when you should receive them.

    After purchasing an ESO Plus membership on console, you should be aware that there can be a delay of 24-48 hours in the included crowns being applied to your account.

    If you have waited longer than 48 hours since purchasing ESO Plus on console, and have not received the crowns included with the membership, you should contact our Customer Support team at the following link: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask.
    When you contact Support, it is a good idea to provide proof that Microsoft have received your payment for ESO Plus, as that is the first thing ZOS are likely to ask for; before you do that, ZOS may try to fob you off to Microsoft, claiming that the issue is with them. If possible, you should also try to provide a screenshot of your Character Screen showing the "ESO Plus Member" active effect. If that is missing, it is likely that ESO Plus has not been applied to your account at all, and that will need to be addressed first.

    This is what you do;

    1.) Take a screen shot of your Microsoft billing statement showing the month in question ESO membership charge. (Make sure your email or gamertag is in the picture.)

    2.) Email support saying that you did not receive your monthly crowns for this month and attach the screen shot as prove.

    3.) Wait for crowns.

    Every friend of mine that has been in your situation has followed this process and received their Crowns shortly after. I've been hit by the M$ payment glitch and never received mine. I did the above process this morning. At this point, it's just about patience.

    Definitely go with what has been suggested here.

    From my understanding you get the 1500 crowns at the end of your term so when you renew the next month or it expires is when you should receive them.

    You get 1500 at the beginning of the term. So every renew should see 1500 right away.

    I have send a screenshot to the support. and they said they want a screenshot with my gamertag and the billing information. that doesnt seem possible, i can`t have the gamertag and the billing information in one window or one site...

    I send them two screenshots that shows that the e-mail matches, with the gamertag and the microsoft account with wich i purchased eso-plus. And they said it is not enough proof.

    Is there a site that shows the gamertag and the billing information? I can`t seem to find it. When I go to Account, on xbox.com, it redirects me to my microsoft account.

    I found it. thanks. it never showed up in chrome. i had to use firefox and refresh the site a few times. so annoying.
