15:00 gmt and the server has been down since 08:00. How much longer have we got to wait. Then I suppose we have another 5 hour wait while the latest patrches are downloaded and installed.
Surely a server carrying as game as popular as this has proved to be could have been better planned??

✭✭I don't think we will have patches to download, this is more of a maintenance, isn't it? But I could be wrong.
Also yes, how long till we can get back on? Its been seven hours now.

Update: The datacenter maintenance is still ongoing, and expected to last at least another three hours. We'll continue to keep you updated, and will let you know if/when we have a new ETA.

Thanks for the update Guys but please remember that a whole load os us are not on Facebook/twitter and we don't get to see these things - nor should we be forced to go on them! ✭Frankly expect the server to be down the best part of the day if you are in the EST zone. Maybe by early evening we will be able to get online. Original post stated 4AM EST and maintenance would last a minimum of 6 hours. That has already been extended several more hours.0 -

However I do also pay a subscription for the game, so if maintenance is going to be lengthy for any reason, I would kindly ask if you would provide plenty of feedback. Ok, social media, but surely this website is the logical place, or am I missing something?0 -
Latest update: We still have quite a bit of work to complete, and the new ETA is 6:00pm EDT. We apologize for the extended downtime, and are going as quickly as we can. This maintenance for the datacenter is a necessary evil, though, and will prevent future issues (such as outages) from occurring.
We'll continue to update everyone as we receive news.
