Can I please get some help with my incident? I have paid for the last two months of service and not relieved the crowns....this is silly..what is the normal turn around on support for a paying customer? I really don't want to turn to the credit cards or BBB but after more than 28 days with no response I feel that may be my only course of action...
Any experiences out there that may have taken longer with a positive out come?
