Can I please get some help with my incident? I have paid for the last two months of service and not relieved the crowns....this is silly..what is the normal turn around on support for a paying customer? I really don't want to turn to the credit cards or BBB but after more than 28 days with no response I feel that may be my only course of action...

Any experiences out there that may have taken longer with a positive out come?

    Support should reply within a day or two; did you submit your ticket from the support site, or in-game? Regarding the issue of missing Crowns, they usually say firstly that it may take up to 48 hours after purchase before they are delivered, and secondly that they need proof-of-purchase so that they can see that the payment has gone through to Microsoft/Sony (a screenshot of the billing receipt including the date and your email address or account name is usually best).

    When doing so, provide a screenshot that includes your purchase history (showing the ESO+ payment) and (assuming you're on Xbox One) your GT/Email in one image.
