✭✭It's about damn time... i was just trying to play in cryodil and i could not see any animations. It seems the denser the action, the more animations are filtered out and lowered in quality. I play a vampire slayer and i could not for the life of me find a single vampire. I had to walk straight up to people and identify if they had white skin then kill them (missing effect). On ps4 to clarify.
I hope this fixes all the disappearing animations. Radiant Mage Light, Siege circle's and Purges. The list goes on.
Side note, the animation bug that effects weapon swapping is still around.

Evil hunter wasn't glowing? This is console. Every single time I go near more then 25+ enemies, any glow from vampires disappears. As well as my radiant mage light or double take red bubble (black overlay still there).
I'm 100% sure they do this to maintain good frames. However it impacts my gameplay greatly.
ALL animations fade and almost disappear. Its annoying..

Which is another reason, besides good business and PR practice, that they should inform the player base that we can expect a10 hr maintenance on Tuesday.... And if they are going to change hardware tomorrow... How long will everything be down for that? Is so curious to me that MMO companies always treat their customers with such disdain while pushing for more money to be spent on their pixel items and DLC. Informing us is basically a display of good manners and professional conduct.1 -
