Tutorial Camera Bug

From patch notes for 2.1.4 on August 31st:
Camera
Fixed an issue where the camera would rapidly switch between first- and third-person views in some specific areas or angles.

This is borked again in the tutorial, as I played it five minutes ago. When I attack the guards in the tutorial, my camera switches from third person to first, then gives me the tooltip, moves my character BEHIND the guards I am attacking, and then leaves me in first person.

NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
Where is new content? Sigh.

@Darlgon - Can you capture a video of the problem you're seeing? Frequently with camera related bugs it's helpful to see a video of the problem to make sure everyone's talking about the same bug.

While not the tutorial, this is related to the problem most seem to be experiencing. It's particularly brutal in closed spaces (and can trigger motion sickness rather easily). If any solid, geometric object passes between the player and the camera (in this case, bookshelves, bedframes and folding walls) it instantly zooms in to first person, and inside buildings with a lot of decor, it can cause it to trigger rapidly (e.g. the posts on the end of the bunk bed cause it to trigger twice in a row).

The visual effect is extremely jarring. You can go large areas of the game without having to encounter the issue, but certain houses and interior locations seem to trigger it more than others.

Even walking down stairs at the end, the pole at the bottom of the stairs causes it to trigger for a brief second. It almost seems like the camera system should require a moment before zooming in (e.g. if the camera is "obscured" for more than X amount of time THEN zoom in).

EDIT: Going to see if I can replicate it for the tutorial to get some more specifics.

I dont normally record gameplay, so gonna try the NVidea Shadowplay recording.Well, once I can actually do more than just log onto the PTS....

But, yeah. that vid is a pretty good approximation, except it was not swapping back, probably so you could read the tooltips.

I'm going to hop on PTS when it's fixed to see if I can capture the issues you're having, too. I've been having a lot of camera issues of late, so I'm definitely hoping/trying to help get them fixed if I Can.

How far into the tutorial is the camera bug you got?
