Blanket Race Adjustment and Redundancy recommendations

I believe that balance is achieved through diversity and currently this is not the case in ESO. So if every one is playing a Nord Dk then clearly that class is hampering players desires to play other class and race builds and something needs to be changed.
I would like to see across the board racial balancing. This starts with opening every race up to every class and build.
This can be achieved by limiting the factors within each race I. E. Creating a template in which all races are based upon.
Race differences should very based on 3 factors
-Unique passives- Such as Khajit crit, Nord damage reduction etc. something that no other race has to offer.
-Max resource % Every race should give max % to highest resource instead of stam or magicka this opens races up to a variety of builds rather limiting it to only stam or only magicka.
-Max resource regen % the same treatment as max resource.
I think certain class could easily have max Resource + max health into the max resource % just split so imperial would get say 8% max resource+ 8% max health.
Redundancy changes more commonly referred to as the removal of veteran ranks.
I think ESO could easily leave veteran ranks in place and appease the not so grind happy community by doing the following.
-Scroll of Wisdom- On use character is max level (requires 1 current max rank champion)
[/b]-Shared/ Account bound global skill lines- What I mean is fighters guild, Mages guild and Legerdemain lines all increase for the entire account.
-Sky Shard pick up (or skill points) being account bound
I think the key here is every one would still have to do everything at least once but avoid the endless grind that occurs if one desires an alt.

It's about the slogan over the pic lol I was goin for the actual part of DBZ Abridged that has him say that but I found that instead and thought it more fitting since he is Majin Vegeta in that pic which fits the whole renegade thing lol
Point though is I'm glad I do things different from the metagame and favor variety. Even if it isn't the most broken thing in the game I still have fun using it because I came up with it and built it to cater my needs. Of course it isn't going to be totally unique, perhaps not even at all, but at least I didn't copy off of someone to come up with it. You're missing the point and essentially giving no input, just saying you're ok with the way things are. I'm suggesting improvements that would only improve the health of the game.1 -

✭I've got a Breton DK Healer...you don't need to rebalance everything because there's some meta out there. There are top players ranked on leaderboard who go against type.0 -

You're to into the game and read based on you're mood and sentiment of other players. My entire point is that you should be able to play any race with any class and any build and it be somewhat optimal. The only thing that should distinguish races largely should be a unique trait. This gives players meaningful options that lead to a variety in builds. I dont care how you play health of the game is the focus in this thread.0 -

that's cool this isn't a meta post this is a health of the game post. You should be able to play any race who cares. While yes you can technically do so its not optimal to play a red guard night blade healer. My point is it literally should matter passives in the race lines should fluctuate from one to the next but the only major difference should be the unique trait I.E. Stamina return on hit which in this case it would be Max resource based on highest resource back on hit. Read me entire post.0 -

And you can. I play an Orc Nightblade built around a ninja theme and an Argonian Healing Sorcerer among other things. These are probably combinations no metagamer would approve of, but they work just fine for me. Frankly build success is in the eyes of the beholder. Sounds to me like what you're saying is you don't care about who is fine with the game as is and just want to see some change in your and anyone else that's on your side's favor. I won't judge ya for it, not like that kind of thinking is unique in this world lol but oft times whatever you believe is best isn't necessarily what others believe is best. If anyone agrees great! LBxFinalDeath✭✭✭✭Breton clearly needs a physical resistance passive since 99% of Breton NPCs are Knights.
Cuz ya' know Lion Guard represent and what not.
Get rid of the passive that reduces spell costs.
