The power of re-creating and re-shaping the world and time looks like the most powerful features in the whole TES-world. Could have voted Akatosh for the same reasons but Akatosh cannot control his son Alduin so it seems that Alduin trumps Akatosh.
Would have voted Magnus though if it had been in the option. After all, he's the creator AND the one controls the entire energy that holds Mundus together (admittedly with the help of all Magne-Ge but still). The not only each control their own plane of Oblivion, but also can exercise large amounts of control on Nirn. Mehrunes Dagon could only be defeated by an avatar of Akatosh in the form of Martin Septim. Molag Bal was defeated by Meridia. Also, looking at those two examples, you could reason that Molag Bal is more powerful than Mehrunes Dagon. He certainly had a higher number of even stronger forces and wrought Tamriel with even more destruction than Mehrunes.
We can figure that Molag > Mehrunes
And that Meridia > Molag
And Akatosh > Mehrunes
So I figure we can at least assume that Daedra can display raw power in line with the Aedra in their current state.
While Aedra may have been more powerful before the creation of the Mundus, the Daedra in lore were every bit their counterparts and should logically be considered as powerful as the Aedra, just in different spheres. But other than that Akatosh. That dude basically smacked down two daedric princes with his artefact and mortal champions (Amulet of kings). Plus he set up a barrier which none of the daedric princes can break down as of the 4E.

I don't remember seeing evidence to suggest that spawning a new kalpa is within the scope of CHIM or whatever other weird OP-ness Talos and Vivec have going on. Granted I'm definitely not an expert in that field...
