    I agree. Imperial City is one of the worst DLCs/Expansions I ever played on any MMO.

    It was literally a waste of Money. The quests are boring and PVP is non existent. People just farmed their gear and left it.

    It was a PVE DLC with some PVP involved. It seems unfinished and bland. Remove PVE mobs and bosses and add essentiell objectives and link it to Cyrodiil.

    Why am I even answering. ESO PVP is dying anyway (at the current state at least), just like endgame PVE. What am I saying.. real endgame mmo PVE does not even exist lol.

    There isn't that's why we are here. We got a Pve dlc that supposed to be pvp. How do you get molag kena gear? By Pve. Once crowfall and cu come out there will be not much pvp left here.
    This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

    IC is great. I overstayed my time in the PvE dungeons due to the drop rates, but tbh they were fun initally.
    The whole PvP IC concept is very nice. However, loading screens, respawn positions,etc ruin it.

    My dream IC would have the following changes:

    0) Shorter loading screens and THEN (only then) only respawn in you sewer base.

    1) You can take up to a 100% of an enemy players stones but you can only ever take two times the number of stones you have (at least X, though so you don't have to start by PvE'ing. X could be something like 200 or whatever). For group kills, the kill stones are split first and then this rule applied to every player individually.

    2) The middle boss in the sewers is much harder to kill ("raidboss") and drops are more rewarding.

    3) Roaming bosses drops are more rewarding

    4) Grinding the easy mobs (zombies etc) is less rewarding.

    5) make the districts remotely relevant. people don't go there anyone, because playing there is not rewarding at all.

    6) More players! Less campaigns, higher pop caps, etc. But this will only ever be possible if the performance issues in real Cyrodiil are resolved.

    Why?

    0 + 1 will hopefully make fights significant. Respawn, fight, respawn, fight is just boring and often not rewarding for either side. Just walking away and going elsewhere is the best thing to do but usually you end up runnign through sewers looking for one of the few PvE farmers that get rarer and rarer (or expliocitly try to farm during the night). I'd LOVE to see fights for stones. Ganking farmers isn't real pvp. If you ever find a PvP'er, chances are he's still at almost 0 stones and still searching for farmers.

    2 + 3 + 4 will allow solo players to target small groups fighting mobs and small groups to target larger ones. Engaging during PvE combat is a fun new thing in IC but right now there is little incentive to take the igger fights. The only exception is the middle portals but those can be cleaned very quickly by rather small groups.

    0-not an IC specific issue, and one that is being worked on.

    1-Interesting; but I wouldn't raise it up past 80%; too much potential for frustration on the gank-ee's part.

    2-What would you suggest? Set bits? More money? malachite shards?

    3-Again, specifics, please!

    4-Easy is in the eye of the beholder. A lot is easy in an 8-person zerg; more than 2 opponents and my little 13th level DK is toast.

    5-Relevant?? I go there because I enjoy the writs. The repeatable quests in IC make more "sense" to me than a lot of the surface Cyrodiil ones.

    6-well.... I have mixed feelings about this, but you are right, cart before the horse with performance issues.

    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
