This is more of an FYI. Tonight I purchased an item with one of my char. at the Mournhold guild traders market and I can tell you it was a mage item for level 16 but cannot remember what guild or the exact name of the item. I did receive a notice that the item was in my mailbox so I logged out and went to my Sorc char to retrieve the item for him. I logged in with the Sorc. and went to mail and retrieved the item and noticed that I also got a warning box from the game saying that all skills for the char had been reset??? I have played that char off and on for the last month so I knew this was wrong. I checked and sure enough the skills were ok. But when I went to the inventory the item is gone and relog did not bring it back. Support is no good since I cant remember the item name so they are no help. Just beware. Probably an isolated incident but if you purchase an item make sure you pick it right away from the mail and then get it to your alt.
