Biting Jabs is broken in pvp ! fix please!

Like the title says biting jabs is broke. I could use the the skill 10 times on someone in pvp and they lost maybe 10% of their health. Im talking about even light armor wearers. People with shields the skill doesnt even seem to work. When i use it in pve it works fine. During pvp it does not even make the sounds of when…
