Did not try Spellscar solo, because I already had the achievement from that.
Was a good training for the upcoming solo arena.

You allready have a chance to get monster sets whithout doing hardmodes and you get the new v15 sets from doing normal wgt/icp. To me this seems enough. If someone manages to complete vet icp multiple times I'm not jealous, I'll accept that he's better than me and got slightly better gear as reward.Francescolg wrote: »1. You will make MORE **$$ money $$** if you make the game "easy going", that includes: not-so-complicated IC/gold-dungeons, better undaunted (gold) boss drop chances for helmets, etc etc..
I totally agree with this. I feel like the latest changes are the worst that could happen to pvp. I allways tried to play a sustain based character, that wins because of supperior ressource management. But since the patch I didn't get that build working. So I changed 1h+shield for bow and stamina reg for weapon damage and even if it feels cheesy to kill people in 2sec, at least I have a chance to win fights again.--> PvP is much more interesting if PvP stays full of players, who are consciuous that "they have more or less the same chances" (combat the real "sources" of 1/2-shot builds, your 50% less damage does not help!)
Isn't that allready the case? Most silver pledges can be completed with any random group as long as there is at least one person who can heal a bit. WGT and ICP have some interessting mechanics, but if you take your time to figure them out and have a proper group set up (tank + healer + 2 dd) they are doable for most groups. Most vet dungeons require a certain ammount of dps to be completed, but it's not too high and all mechanics are duable without ts once everyone in the group knows about them. Vet wgt and icp are hard and probably nearly impossible without ts unless you've allready done it with the same group, but I don't see a problem. Getting the best dungeon gear should require some effort, just as many good crafted gear (Karganac's Hope / Armour Master) requires effort and patiance.2. You will please more players, if you keep this game interesting for random groups, that do not use TeamSpeak (!), I mean the guys that do not spend more than 2 hours in the game every day. Actually, especially IC-dungeons are not doable for random groups. That content of the game should not be suited just for powergamers but for everybody. Normal mode should be "easy mode", while in gold mode errors should not lead to instant death. You can still keep it difficult by less penalizing of player errors.
I personally like that change. Previously most crafting materialy had a very low value, so I often sold them to npcs. Now I can earn more money and sell them to other players if I get materials of a type that I don't need.3. Put VR 15 and 16 Items together, as it has been the TRADITION in Eso before 1.7 / to have easily obtainable and farmable item sets THAT can compete with "raid dungeon stuff". Not long ago, I could buy a full purple item set for 10k from any crafter. Doing that raised my interest in the game much more, as I was able to play with set-combinations, etc... That way of optimizing your character was a part of the ESO-game experience and because of the affordability it was accessible to everybody, even the ones without much gold /or/ time /or/ connections in the game.
--> Getting VR 16 items (and all relative goodies), instead, is a pain in the A... There is also a consistent gap between players who own VR 16 items + glyphs and sets as Molag Kena for PvP and players who use VR 14 armors. (That gap was not existant before, when comparing vr12- to vr14 items). The reason lies also in the new golde4 n-gylphs, why did you change them!
Not going to talk about your political statements, but I don't see a problem when someone decides to play this game as a economy simulation. I mean in previous TES games you even had a skill line for trading.4. Bring real auction houses in the game. The current guild-based system lead to "Berlusconi players" controlling the markets, or lets call them Donald-Trump players. They can dictate prices, as well as they do apply market-control (complicated topic, I'll not explain it). Often they lead the trading guilds, with all consequences! (less well game experience)
I do not want other players (powergamers) that control their own auction houses (often they make arbitrary decisions, or guild-rules, etc.)!
Hm, lets see which goodies "powergamers" get:5. Reduce the PvE-powergamer/guild content to raid-dungeons, as it has been before the introduction of IC! Actually, the game has too many areas which are described as "too difficult"...! (not good!) Do not give that many goodies just to powergamers (if you want to continue to be a pvp-based game..), that goodies are Molag-Kena set, golden glyphs, etc. You know what I mean!

As I was there in group at V14 I thought by me, how was Zenimax able to totaly screw up that incredible awesome looking zone and their instances by scaling the difficulty wrong and placing crap loot there ?
At V16 I realized I was wrong, it was meant as a V16 solo challenge...seriously, it was major fun to do that, alone Rhani'Za was a blast...and without group pressure I was able to appreciate the gorgeous dungeon grafics and light effects at last.

I'm afraid they already fixed the 'Trap Beast' bug that let you practically do that! ;o)

In compare to other MMOs I call this game not easy, but already average if not somewhat below average in difficulty. I am not a fan of too high difficulty too, although I was a socalled "progamer" in other MMOs (EQ, WoW, SWTOR...to call a few) a few years ago (age and job change a lot of things).
I like it as it is, no need to make it even more easy. I did my first WGT veteran run a few weeks ago and I still freaking hate the planar inhibitor, but in the end she lied dead to my feet.
The issue of this MMO is not, that it might be too difficult, the issue is, that a lot of players were solo players coming from the TES game sequels for example and had no MMO experience at all or a clue how that sort of games work. It's not my fault, that you were seduced by Zenimax and Bethesda to come to here.
MMO means:
-group playing
-raids
-teamwork
-socializing
-competition
Btw...what superior raid loot do you mean ? All the drops from trials were and are utter crap drops. Some of the best "drops" in this game are still crafted V16 gear, which you are able to craft to your personal preferences (and I like that btw). It may last a while to get the materials for V16 gear, but it is doable by everyone, even solo. On the other side with crafted V16 gear you are completely competitive for the content.
