Vision Quest Bug???

I cannot seem to be able to complete the (21) Vision Quest - "Talk to Tedras Relvi" portion of the game.

I am here at the Library Vault, but I cannot open it and when I try speaking to Valeyn's Familiar, all he says is "Mayhem? Make things go boom?" Abandoning the quest does not appear to work and no further interactions are available. I have searched the forums and also searched online and have not found a solution. Any fixes found yet?

I'm having the same issue. I requested help from support twice with no luck. I've logged out several times and still not working. Not sure what to do next. I am a level 24 Sorcerer. Really don't want to delete character and start over.

It's got to be something that can be done, especially with so many people having the same issue. I also put in two help requests and I'm surprised I have not received any response from them yet. I'm hoping you we wouldn't have to revert to deleting any characters, I would hate to never play/participate in any future ESO games behind something so minor.

FYI: They finally fixed the bug on my end, I had to abandon the quest once again in order for it to work, but its completed.

They haven't fixed it on my end. Obviously they don't give a damn.
