We're investigating this issue as it's being reported. Can you please let us know what kind of power supply you are running?

Disable all of AUI except the minimap.
So here I can probably give you some insight of what happens to the game in relation to your computer. This game runs in single CPU core performance, sadly. This means no matter what CPU you have whether it has 8 or 7 cores, whether its AMD or Intel like yours. The game will run like crap (sorry I consider 30 FPS or lower crap) in crowded areas specially in major cities if the single core performance of your CPU cant handle it.
My specs are:
FX 8320e 8 core CPU 4 OCed at 4.2Ghz
game installed on SSD
Kingston Hyper X fury 8 gb
EVGA GTX 960 oc
I run games like BF4 on Ultra settings but I can't run ESO on more than 13 FPS on big fights in Cyro, if ZoS would allow multithreading - multiple core usage this game would shine to a lot of people.
Cheers
Do you guys think that someone with a I7 4790K wouldn"t get these issues?

I have an i7 4790k at 4.4 ghz and a gtx 980ti. I get down to 15-18 fps in bigger fights and also massive drops to around 25 fps in stormhaven. But everyone in my guilds is having the same fps drops. Every single one. I am fortunate enough to have more fps than other people, because some are runnig at 5-8 fps. .
A lot of them have been saying that turning of minimap (helped me personally as well) and ftc (didnt notice any difference, others did) helps.
But yea. I really do not think that asking for the power supply is what is gonna help you guys figure out the problem, but rather the core issue as stated above. But then again, my expectations are not really high currently, seeing how the crown store is getting more attention as the actual problems this game has.

Have you tried overclocking it? If yes, did you see any improvements at all?

In the wild stays at higher fps (80-100 fps), but in cities lowers to 45 fps, up to 60 fps, then goes to 80 fps, then drops again and so on going. Fps drops and are oscillating all the time in cities...
