[Possible Bug] Magicka randomly decreased on death

So I was messing around in Maelstrom tonight and I noticed that after I died the first time my magicka dropped down 4k and never returned to its original amount. Im not sure if this is a bug or what but I tried relogging, crashing the game, and zoning in and out of the instance and It still stayed at the exact same amount. At first I thought it was a visual bug but then I noticed that my shields were smaller as well. I was streaming when the magicka drop happened but I couldnt see anything on my screen when I went back and watched the video indicating why the magicka was decreased. My armor was at 100% before the death so it shouldnt have been that also I repaired my armor multiple times throughout the night and it never went back up.

I had a similar issue with my spell damage. It was a bit over 3900, but after a death it dropped down to 2800. The server went down for maintenance before I could check the numbers to see what it should have been to start with. It would have been nice seeing I could hit the weapon damage number equivalent, but alas....0 -

Once you die, many buffs on your char will be removed. I guess it has something to do with that. (Maybe even a bug from your mundus stones or bufffood?)0 -

Idk I tried 2 different foods and no food and it was all higher at the start. Also I only ever had the stronger mundus on this character so doubt it had anything to do with the mundus. So not 100% positive as i dont have anymore blue food but it appears that my magicka is the same on this new toon as it was after I died. So not really sure what it is. However, it doesnt seem like 37k magicka w/ all points in magicka, 300 cp, all magicka glyphs, dunmer, and 6% in undaunted is correct. Feel as though the 41k was correct with all those buffs. Will try and acquire some blue food and see if its the same.
Edit: Actually just did the math and it appears to be calculating correctly. Not positive the what happened at the start but the extra magicka was definitely there.
Edit 2: I believe the cause is some kind of food stacking. Didnt notice my health double what I should be getting but my magicka was double and my stamina stayed at where it was with purple food when I had blue food on.
