Why are my hp and magicka hosed?

So I create a new VR16 dk, and when all skills and traits and armor etc are loaded I have 29k stamina, 10k hp and 11k magicka. It's not the adds that did it, as the proportional disparity was there before I did anything. What the devil is going on?

✭its anything right, without anything in magicka and depens on the race you have choicen, the max magicka is at 9-11k.
depens on the race your are max hp is between 10-12k.

Sharkano✭✭✭✭Yes, I assigned everything. The magicka number I understand, but not hp. Why is hp so low? Is hp reduced dramatically on pts to compensate for their screwing up mob damage or something?0
