ESO Plus Crowns, still waiting...
I submitted a ticket regarding crowns not received for the last two ESO Plus renewals ELEVEN days ago with ZERO response. I would like either a direct response from ZOS or a public statement that details exactly what they plan to do about this. I know there are many other people experiencing the same issue.
If I hit the two-week point without a response, I plan to have my credit card company do a chargeback on both renewal fees. Please treat this issue with the urgency that it deserves.
