ESO Plus Crowns, still waiting...

I submitted a ticket regarding crowns not received for the last two ESO Plus renewals ELEVEN days ago with ZERO response. I would like either a direct response from ZOS or a public statement that details exactly what they plan to do about this. I know there are many other people experiencing the same issue.

If I hit the two-week point without a response, I plan to have my credit card company do a chargeback on both renewal fees. Please treat this issue with the urgency that it deserves.

    Oh ya, I have the same issue. I bought ESO Plus yesterday and didn't get my crowns. Send in a ticket and they basically told me to go to the forum. :/

    I purchased ESO plus about 2 months ago. Got my points for the original purchase, but I haven't gotten my points for the renewals. Microsoft has been sending me confIrmation emails saying my plus membership is being paid. So what's going on? Clearly it's not just us.

    Both my husbands account and mine are still waiting for our crowns, the monthly charges are confirmed, our characters still have the other bonuses listed and it's still not entered into our Xbox One stores when we look.

    Unless you give them exactly what they need in terms of proof of purchase they won't give any Crowns.

    It's simple...

    "Forward" the Microsoft purchase/subscription renewal confirmation email with a screenshot of the Microsoft Xbox transaction page attached showing the payment (be sure to click your name in the top-right to show your gamertag).

    Copy the email address and subject line from your most recent message from Support (contains event number).

    Don't forget to explain again why you're contacting them to avoid confusion.

    Why has no one let their banks legal team reverse the transactions and deal with it that way? I'm sure if a few of the larger banks add them to their blocked transaction list things would get fixed faster.
