I am talking about players who use abilites to grief others by stoping there emotes and unsheathing there weapons.
I myself am starting finding this a right pain in ass, anytime I try and hang out in town drinking from my flagon someone always puts a stop to it ugh!

✭✭✭✭I honestly dont even understand why they would make it so these buffs would even affect player characters this way. Simply apply the buff...give a visual indication and be done with it. That's basically what I experience way too often when I'm on one of my stealth routines. Some stupid kid just stands there waiting for others to sneak by just to cast Rapid Maneuver. They just cast it but don't even move themselves away. The only reason is to grief and to troll.

Or we can suggest to add an option to turn off being affected by other players' skills while in town. Pretty much like the "prevent attacking innocents" option, but vice versa
If it's not possible to apply this option to towns only, then just "anywhere" would do, too, I guess.
If this kind of option would be added, I'd like to see it as a toggle via keyboard button, so we wouldn't have to change it in the settings all the time.

✭✭✭It only happens once. After that simply re-sheathe the weapon and the further attempts will not draw your weapon.
Think of it from a roleplaying standpoint though. Someone comes up to you and shoves you and you automatically go into a hostile stance as if saying "hey, watch it!". For me that is a critical exploit and need to be fix fast, because if you can't beet exploiters, you need to join them. Programming developers say: "if you can't fix that bug, make him a feature".

Hey at least it isn't like WoW where people would park the giant mammoth mount on top of a whole group of people RPing. But I can agree and see how this can be annoying to people RPing in a game that is very emote animation heavy.1 -
