You don't understand, it's all part of ZOS's new "Say NO to Blocking" campaign.I like how each item gets a unique set bonus except the shield... What's up with that? I can literally just buy a prismatic enchant and slap it on a shield I get from rewards of the worthy and have the exact same thing. Can we please make the shield a bit more appealing? Double the enchant at the very minimum? As it stands right now, it's just a regular shield with a crafted enchant.

You see, it obviously must have had a stam return on block bonus, but just like Black Rose, that had to be deleted from the game to bring it in line w/ uninterruptable wrecking blow spam, et al.
Enchant working as intended, it must be part of their new itemization goal to "add sets to the game to promote hybrid builds" that they were talking about back in IC.Teargrants wrote: »You don't understand, it's all part of ZOS's new "Say NO to Blocking" campaign.I like how each item gets a unique set bonus except the shield... Lol, but still to leave it with no bonus at all and just a mediocre enchant...

You know- I've always wondered why there wasn't originally a "Master Shield". Why did the one-handed sword have the Master's Weapon sword/board enchant? Swords are used by tanks, magicka dps, and stamina dps. A shield, however, is only going to be used for the sword/board combo.
