    I don't think he's necessarily wrong anyway. I don't understand how people play with those mice either, but that 6 button one looks pretty nice.

    The hex is phenomenal, just got one a couple months ago. How anyone would need more than an extra 6 buttons on a damn mouse is beyond comprehension.

    Wut? I have one of those since they're the only ones i could find that make a left handed MMO mouse. I use several of the thumb buttons during game play.

    I have no problem what-so-ever with that mouse and i'm 6,2 with manly hands ...

    Well in Age of Conan on my Bear Shaman i had 50+ abilities keybound so the mouse came in handy there. For this game i have my five abilities, voice chat push to talk, auto run, mount, activate cursor, both pet control functions, and dodge roll. With my left hand on keyboard i control movement, sprint, crouch, weapon swap, bash, ultimate, pot activation and my pot selection keys and weapon sheath.

    That doesn't look half bad....a hell of a lot better than my 12 button monstrosity but I'd probably have the same issue with my thumb refusing to curl up like a Clinodactyl.

I've developed my fingers to be as good with my right as my left (I can play guitar left or right handed) but my Thumb is about as useful as a 1.5 Stamina Sorc. I tried hotkeying my dodge roll to one of those buttons once and I fat-fingered it so often I gave up trying.

    You play an MMO with a left handed mouse? That's crazy. How the hell do you directional key and everything else with your right hand? You'd have to macro the whole game on the buttons IMO. I've long since given up trying to make something left handed work in a right handed world in everything but musical instruments.

    The beauty of it is that you don't have to curl your thumb. I press buttons 1-3 with the tip and 4-6 with the the joint on the inside of the thumb (is that the ball of the thumb? hm). Another bonus is that the buttons are mechanical rather than squishy.

    Anyway, no thumb curling for me. Unlike my index finger which takes the strain and can ache after vigorous gaming, the thumb has always been pain free thanks to this beauty.

    Double tap on the cursor keys works fine for me, the only one that is a bit tricky is the doge roll forward since i use my left mouse button (physical left, flipped in software to be RMB) for moving forward.

    I got the razer naga and the g600 and wouldn't think about playing without them anymore.
    It takes a while to get used to it, but it's worth it!
    Everything not meant for moving is on the mouse, so I use the keyboard solely to move my character around, making it a lot easier imo. Overall I prefer the g600 over the naga btw.. You reach the buttons better.

    I was a sorc for 1.5 years in eso, before I made a stamblade for IC. I always played with nb in my group and they kept saying they get cheataccused all the time, and I tought "well who knows if they are cheating then"

    Now that im playing a nb...I get cheataccused everyday, it never happened on my sorc and I kill just as effectively on both chars, but ppl keep saying "how do you pull of 4 skills in 1 second" etc etc.

    I wouldnt know how I do that, I just animation cancel and try to be as effective as I can. Somehow nb skills appears to be hitting faster(?) or come off as more cheaty due to bad rep(?) Dunno...but it is very wierd.

    I disagree with the female part. I'm certain long nails would get in the way and cause wrong buttons to be pushed. Mine aren't even as long as most women I know and I sometimes hit wrong buttons on the keyboard.

There are some people who seem to be able to use those long cast abilities, like heavy attacks, wrecking blow, snipe and Crystal Frags but do them so quickly that they come off seemingly half the cast time. I've seen players do snipe, wrecking blow, heavy attack, wrecking blow, and get all three off in one second. They will be standing right in front of me, only a few feet away, and I don't see them swap weapons, no animation or anything. I'm not sure if they macro it, but I suppose they could practice for a couple hours until they get all three off flawlessly, and save the macro.

    Some people may have arthritis or carpel tunnel and use macros for oft repeated attack sequences or strings for everyday stuff. And some people use macros for swapping weapons and armor and skills.

    No, you haven't seen someone get all of those skills off in under 1 second because that's not possible. Every time macros come up this forum gets filled with people who don't understand how global cooldowns work claiming they're getting ganked by "macro kiddies" who do 5 attacks in a second.

    This thread shouldnt even exist. Report people in game and move on. A lot of people claiming macros think everyone is macroing. They accuse people of macroing channeled skills. Its out of this world the stuff that gets thrown around.

    Wow that was probably the same guy who whispered me not too long ago as well. I heard aimbot and was like Really?

    Then he said the same thing..."everyone knows you hack". The fact that there are possibly more than one of those people playing this game is scary.

    Ahh....*THAT* player. Craziest player I've ever seen in zone chat. She/he/it makes Pubes on the DC look like a harmless yogurt slurping puppy by comparison.

    As someone well-versed in scripting for automation, I can tell you that macroing in ESO is just not a thing..

    In chivalry, you can gain a tremendous advantage by utilizing automation to perform preset movements, like a full 580 spin slash, or jerking your camera around to upswing with a downswing... In swtor, you can read pixels to auto-fire conditional abilities...

    What could you possibly do in ESO with a macro that you can't just do with a small amount of muscle memory? There's just not enough here to work with...

    We're not streamlining massive steps or increasing efficiency... Are we really going to write 3 lines of code to increase consistency and efficiency of our animation interrupts by 2%? It's just not that hard.
