But I completely agree nevertheless.. these traits, on these items? Seriously?? Most of the traits are useless from the beginning anyways, and training is just an "ok, why not"-thing in the low level zones. It's not just ridiculous to see these kind of traits on Vet rank items (especially endgame gear), but they make the item completely useless.

Ommamar✭✭✭✭Well I guess if you never used a destro stave before might be useful other then that I would decon it. I do use the training trait when I have one piece of armor type while building but once I hit 50 in the skill there is definitely more useful options.

That staff does look useful for bonking people on the head, though.
It a separate damage proc with an internal cool down.
I've still got a bunch of maces of will power with lame traits that I just can't unload on the guild store. Guess I'll just deconstuct them.
I do wonder why you would have staves drop for the agility line? Swords of will power sure, but who would use a staff of agility? Or am I missing something?

Surragard✭✭✭✭Training isn't necessarily useless at higher levels if you're looking to start up a new skill tree that you haven't used in the past. I'm not VR 16 though so I can't comment on exactly how OP this is. Seems like a pretty healthy chunk of damage but how crazy is it for a VR16 character?I don't always drink Skooma, but when I do I go to the Southwall Corner Club.
