What about Merging the Healing and Health Regen Racials

Just proposing this as a way to improve the racials of argonians and also the health regen races.

The health regen bonus is a joke, and argonians need some sort of improvement if nothing else. On their own these bonuses are pretty weak but together they could be quite complimentary. Could be changed to say 75% health regen (so it could be used to negate vampirism, or bring it up to a reasonable buff) and 10% bonus to healing received.

Not trying to speak for health regen stackers or argonians, just proposing a possible mild buff.

Giving force multipliers like that such extreme values easily makes them OP as soon as the effected attribute becomes more useful.

As I said somewhere else, I think for Argonians it would be better to gain 5% to all regen and have healing done instead of healing received.

If health recovery got a 75% boost, the math on that still only puts it at about 3500 every 2 seconds if you only stack health regen or 1.75k/s

I think that's pretty reasonable when you consider that you have to sacrifice everything else for a health regen build.

I didn't say it would be too strong now. It would be futile to try and make health regen a more useful stat for most builds though, when one race gets a 75% boost to that.
Reason I would want healing done is 1.) because there are more healing received bonuses in the game, so healing done is more desireable in most circumstances and 2.) because Argonians with their Restoration staff passive would seem to be intended to have some expertise in healing allies, for which healing received is jsut useless.
The regen is mostly to make up for the loss of the 1.5 potion passive.
