"In combat" for minutes... problem exists for months now...

I play stamina NB on PS4. VR16, approx. 100 CP.
I have a huge problem since I startet playing ESO two months ago... I play a lot of PvP and as soon I enter combat I stay in combat forever. I cannot stealth, I cannot ride. Nothing. For MINUTES!!!
Usually its like entering combat, fighting enemies and then leaving combat because the fight is over. No enemies around. Everyone around me is mounting and riding to the next fight. I cant. I am in combat for up to 10 minutes after the fights. I run away... into the most isolated regions of cyrodiil by foot and I am still in combat... there is no enemy around, no mobs.. just noone. I swear. Still in combat.
It is even worse when I play in groups. Everyone is riding away and I have to run all the time and lose contact because my stamina is empty sometime. During this time I cannot ride, stealth or port.
Being in Cyrodiil solo is almost the same. If I take part in combat I will stay in combat forever. Sometimes even after being killed and respawning at a portal... still in combat. If i open the map I always see that red blinking frame around the map to show "IN COMBAT".
I sometimes have to stand still for over 5 minutes to get out of combat.
A lot of players adressed this issue and there is still NOTHING. Not even the message that someone from ZOS noticed this problem.
And it keeps me from fighting. I miss all the fights because I have to walk across Cyrodiil. This is annoying as hell!!!
It could have something to do with my heal "Rally"... using this makes the time in combat even longer, but I could not figure it out completely. I´m in a desperate state and have no clue how to continue playing with this "bug" !?

Prodigy1971✭✭Oh I forgot... I can prove it. I have taken several videos showing me standing around in Cyrodiil. Even in the main base without being able to leave combat for 5 minutes and more...0

similar happens to my other half she is constantly moaning about it, although it is a rare-ish occurance running and keep trying to get back on the mount eventually works. But I have to hear her cursing lol so it is a pain i agree.
she plays a redguard lvl 25-30 ish not sure to be precise but it is around there.

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah this happens to me too. Happened last night actually. I had to run from one keep to another because I was unable to mount. The game thought I was constantly in combat even though there was nothing in sight.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Do you use Rally from the 2H line? I have this, too. My guild mate who was a magical sorcerer switched to stamina sorcerer and has it now, too. We swear it has something to do with Rally. Like if Rally is up during the time you would normally leave combat, you don't. And now, even after Rally ends, you are still stuck in combat. Like the code-based "event" that triggers leaving combat has been missed and now you are out of luck.0 -

Yes I use Rally a lot in combat. As I said in the opening post, rally makes the combat even longer than it already is. I have Rally in my 2H bar (required) and in my second bar I have my Bow skills. If I fight with my bow only, not using Rally... I have no problems with getting out of combat. So yes, I think it has something to do with Rally.

No way.
Had the problem yesterday evening for over 30 minutes. I stood infront of a portal in one of our keeps and wasnt able to teleport for over 30 minutes...
Left the group. Waited another 5 minutes and TADA... out of combat.

✭Yesterday someone called Chal outer wall at 65% so I ran inside arrius to transit.... well *** me I'm stuck in combat wait wait wait keep trying and then I get out of combat. Try to teleport... oh well would you look at that it's flagged.
