Any chance of getting a heal slightly more bursty than what is currently offered? Healing ward has a delay and is a shield .... Just a thought

Maybe blessing of restoration ? But it's a "complicated" heal. You need to look right at your desired target and then it only has a limited range and area. And I would never take healing ward to heal allies though, like never. I think, ward ally morph is a must for pve non-Templar healers. Only my opinion

You need skill in order to heal effectively if you have nothing but a restoration staff and even then, you probably might never be as effective as a Templar. Templar has synergies and breath of life of course, you can't beat that. I can only advise everyone to take Ward Ally, it changed my life as a healer and I could not be as good as I am without it. This is the most important ability in this line.

yea, I have used it quite a bit. It just doesn't feel ... sufficient.

It's not good really. The main reason for this is, that the other morph is too good to not have it. You won't believe, how much 8% more damage is and it is requested a lot in pve acitivities. I think, my blessing of protection only heals for ~1500 more when I morph it to blessing of restoration instead of combat prayer.

However, this is the problem with almost ALL abilities in this game: Their design is poor and 1 morph is always the clearly superior choice, nobody would consider taking the other morph. So as long as they don't invest a few minutes in figuring out how to make everything desireable, nothing will change. And it's that easy to make everything usefull.

Well said. They could even take the easy route and just tweak the numbers on blessing of resto. Up the burst, boom, desirable morph.

See ? How many seconds did it take to come to this solution ?
I also would like a small heal over time besides the burst heal.
