Some people say you can steal swords, relog, steal again, etc, and you'll have 1000 ingots of any type in half an hour.
Is that an exploit or what?

✭No way. Think about the loading screens. Who would do that? And even if you obtained 1000 ingots this way, what's the point? They are not that valuable and there are ways you can get them while doing something useful like getting xp.Georgion - Bosmer/Templar - PC/EU1 -
Haxnschwammer✭✭✭✭Many people do right that. Deconstructing stolen items gives materials and tempers/resin and style materials. There is always a high demand for void steel, nightwood, void cloth for the crafting writs. There is like 20 minutes work for 3 stacks(if you know how and where, and steel is more common than wood). 1000 ingots in 30 minutes seem to be too high, but might be possible.... Each of the 3 stack sells for 2k, makes 6k. Improvent materials go for less but still can make some money. A hour stealing and deconstructing can give you 20-30k. At least on PC/EU. Don't know about consoles.Once I was a healer. Then I took a Wrobel to the knee.

800 gold per stack of 200 at vendors and no more than 1k gold per stack in the guild store.
And there's no way you'll consistently sell that many stacks in an hour, even if you are in 5 trading guilds.
