Today 22 sept fall through world (about everyday the same)

I submitted a ticket (Incident: 150920-001921) since this happened on 2 chars of mine. Not only did they fall thru the world, but they were new characters and were teleported back to the start of the tutorial and couldn't get past the doors back into the "normal" game.

After going back and forth with email responses for 4 days from 6 different service reps (never the same one answered) The issue was never resolved. Both characters were rendered useless.

Instead of just just moving the chars back to where they were supposed to be, service reps consistently gave advice on selective startup or port forwarding, never even bothering to read the issue in the ticket. Hell, if they had just bothered to log in to one of the characters they would have SEEN the issue, yet instead I get some manual page 1 troubleshooting guide for customer support beginners.

I finally just cancelled my ESO Plus subscription and told them to not freaking bother and I just deleted the 2 characters.

I logged in at Imperial City, fell to my death and lost my Tel Var stones. Lucky for me I deposited all but 100 stones before logging off

The place I landed in looked like an empty blue chess board. I thought about rezzing where I landed, but did not want to chance being eternally stuck in no-mans land waiting on a GM to pull me out.

It happened again this morning, in the same place, with the same character. It's the first character I loaded into after starting up the computer and letting it sit for a few minutes. The location is the crafting area of Elden Root, right by either the clothing or blacksmithing table. At the moment, no other character has experienced this. But I also haven't tried to log on first time with a different character the first thing in the morning after a fresh computer startup, yet.

Yeah just had it happen again to me in Craglorn. Logged into my character and I was in Craglorn then all of the sudden nothing but blue sky. I fell for around 10 seconds then I landed on some rock. I immediately jumped which helped me bounce off a few other rocks. I finally landed with enough health to still be alive.

Sooo.. Today, I found a new way to die....



Apparently, after logging out at the banker, I fell part way thru the roof of Eldon Root and died in midair.. see those NPCs down there? Yeah.. I was inside above them.

And once again, same issue. Didn't die, but I fell through the floor in the Elden Root services area to the wayshrine "teleport" area "beneath" it.

At the moment, this is the only place where I have a falling problem (that I've discovered).

For reference, no addons. I repair after every patch.

System is:

Win7 Pro 64-bit SP1
AMD Phenom II x4 CPU (at 3.2GHz)
8 GB RAM
1 TB mechanical hard drive
GTX 960 (2GB RAM)

I run the game from the eso.exe file, as administrator.

This is happening to me too! It was an occasional thing (maybe once a week) but today alone I have logged in to be teleported above ground and then dropped 4 different times across 3 toons. The first one was kinda fun because I was dropped onto a mountain top outside of town. That is until I was unable to cross the boundary from the opposite side to get DOWN....had to port to a friend to free myself.

The other two drops I survived because the distance wasn't that great but the game just barely dropped my lvl 8 toon for the last time from like 1000' up and fell to my death. Death = repairs = the game now costing me gold.

FIX THIS FREAKIN' BUG

(and yes I submitted a bug report along with a SS of me on top of the mountain looking down on Windhelm)

For the record, I've willingly gone to many areas outside the game play area by finding holes in the geometry. You can still "Teleport" to any player in your guild from those locations so you wouldn't have been "Stuck".

Still going on, but no pic yet.

I also being getting those falls since IC update getting all my chras to fall upon login, some times to die, others to simply receive some damage or others simply appearing at the wayshrine (infact i stop playing for 6 days because the first time all my characters fall and then get stuck under the places i login). After weeks of game support tickets they tell me the developers are working in a solution for the next patch. Two patch later, no solution offer in tha patch notes and we keep falling.
