I have some really strange and very often happening bug.

When I log in with my toon I find myself falling, falling, falling and dying.

OMG, I'm tired of all this bug.

I die in Belkarth, die in Alik'R, die in Reaper's March.

I fell down more than 10 times today only, maybe 20. Died 10 times.

That's too much.

Fix it.

Game Consultant captures technical information that can be vital to troubleshooting hardware issues and generates a report. It is a specialized diagnostic tool designed to identify issues that may affect the play experience in The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. Please attach a copy of the Game Consultant report to any technical support request.

Here is how to find and use it:
•Click on the golden cog icon in the top right corner of the game launcher.
•Under SETTINGS - LAUNCHER, select the ABOUT tab. This tab includes the current launcher version, minimum specifications, and information about Game Consultant.
•Click the Game Consultant button beneath the tool description.
•A new window will pop up. When it does, click Run Tests. This may take a few minutes.
•When the test is complete, a new window will pop up saying "Success The report saves itself as a text file called Report.txt in the My Documents folder.
•To retrieve the file, click the Open Report Location button on the Game Consultant window, or click Open Report to simply view it.

Please note that MSInfo is only a diagnostic tool that collects technical information on computers. It is usually needed by technical support agents to isolate specific issues. Here are the necessary steps to create an MSInfo:
•Click Start, then Run
•Type msinfo32 in the Run box, and click OK
•While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
•Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.txt on the desktop for easy access

Now that the report has been generated, it can be attached to help requests as needed. Please note that the file is very large, so it should not be copy/pasted into the contents of an e-mail.

For Mac Customers:

Mac customers will need to generate a System Profiler report rather than an MSInfo file. To generate a System Profiler report, follow the instructions below:

•Go to Applications, then Utilities and Terminal
•Type the following
system_profiler >~/Desktop/Report.txt

•Wait for the next line to appear in Terminal (This shows the file is finished)
•Locate the Report.txt on your Desktop

Mac players requesting help from Customer Support should send this information in their next e-mail to us so that we can better assist with any issues.

I wonder do you really think that some addon or my PC issues can result in my toons teleportations, flying and so on?

It's been happening to a lot of us since update 7. We get long loading screens and constant falls to our deaths of out no where.

Happns to me too since launch IC.
- falling through world and die, 3 out of 4 of my toons do, duing the first loggin of the day. or
- falling and dropped to a spot away where I suppose to stand but not death.

-other funny thing, when mounting, very often I dive somewhat under the ground before mounting properly my tiger.

So, I've captured it.

At first, this is how it usually happens: 1 part of the second in the place where I actually logged off, then falling and usually death. Was lucky enough on the video to stay alive. Video1 - if you move the timing to the starting position, you'd see me at the bank.

Video #2.
I log in at the place where I loghed off, then find myself far from there falling. And teleport to wayshrine then.
Again, starting video position: I'm at woodcrafting station.

Video 3.
Not sure if it's connected or a new one bug. But I log in, run some metres, location starts to reload, no terrain at all for a second, another loading and all is fine.

I'm really tired of it.

I have submitted a ticket.

Since the latest update, my characters are not where I left them when I logged out, Some are falling through the world, others are at different waypoints in the same zone. This has happened a few consecutive days now.

Something is fubar in this last patch.

Since the IC patch/DLC. Submitted bug report. Falling death and weird teleport is bad enough....the worst for me is the multiple reloading as I'm falling.

I can confirm that this happens on PS4 too. It has only happened to me after logging in, but it happens often. It's a minor nuisance.

I think the devs may occasionally want to RP Molag Bal, and drop us into deep water where we will survive the fall only to be ripped to shreds by the slaughterfish.

Yes, this falling from impossible heights far away from where we logged out is frequent and common.

Though to be sure falls on login isn't nearly as common as getting that glitch in the UI that removes the ability to interact with objects or loot glowy dead mobs. That one can sometimes be solved with /reloadui (but /reloadui doesn't resolve the problem very often any more, You can either content yourself with waiting for heaven knows what event to resolve itseld or you can relog... again...) and has been a problem since opening day.

I filled in a ticket and of course its all my fault. Turn down graphics and update my vid driver. Been there done that and doesn't help.

I hate it when you randomly drop from the sky, a rival alliance NPC shots you off the top of the keep, or you get hit by a meteor fall only a few feet but you take 75k fall damage and the game tells you "Watch your step".

Happened to me several times recently, switching to another character and dying from a high fall. Reported ingame, no reply. This sucks big time and I'm getting very tired of this ***!

Yes, it happen a lot at launch. But I didn't experience it every on 1.6. I have experienced it a lot since IC rolled out. Happened to me last night after a week of not falling. Fortunately, it reloaded before I made contact with the earth.

I've sent first report the same day you did. And?

The thing is IC release woke up tonns of bugs that were already fixed and new ones.

And the first thing theese programmers do is ask if MY PC makes smth to teleport my toon to new places and so on.

I've died today cause of:
- weird log in teleportation
- abilities don't working
- potions don't using
- 20+ seconds lagging
- enemies being invisible
And so on and so force.

The game became as unstable and buggy as it was in beta.

Go on defending people who doesn't care about the game anymore.

Oh, dont worry, I am pretty disenchanted too. Spent part of the afternoon looking for somewhere else to move my guild. I am just saying jumping up and down with a red face and yelling does NOTHING, especially when its the weekend skelton crew because the heavy hitters were on all regular work week because of console launch.
