It is greatly buffed for low CP players and barely increased for people over 330CP.
I'm at ~350 now and I find it fair. 501 CP is the cap, not the requirement.
Here's to hoping that will be not more than 100 CP per DLC, provided they keep their schedule to 3-monthly updates.BugCollector wrote: »

Base patches too. Some folks may not get certain DLC's due to player preference. Here's to hoping that will be not more than 100 CP per DLC, provided they keep their schedule to 3-monthly updates.BugCollector wrote: »
Lol I have no way of catching up then? Well that's me done.So for easier understanding from 338 CP - 501 CP you need full 99 VR Ranks in other words 6 New alts from 0 to Hero (VR16)
XP required 338-501 new system: 79,790,187 XP.
XP required 338-501 old system: 65,200,000 XP.
Good luck to those who have less than 338 CP now...
That's what I meant. I used DLC in lieu of "major update" in the sense that the cap increase is not done in line with maintenance/fix patches and only with the big ones that come together with DLC.Elektrakosh wrote: »Base patches too. -Gains faster before 445th point; instead of 3 times more past cap it is now 1.5.
They are listening, and I encourage everyone to give constructive feedback as oppose to whining and complaining (this applies to the whole forum, not this thread)
Robb, grinders are still players too and last time I checked it is a legitimate way of playing the game. But if you're equating grinders = exploiters, then that is a very bold statement to make.
People with 1000+ CPs just worked hard grinding away at many locations pre 2.1. Unless there's specifically known exploit that people used to gain that much (I haven't heard any).
@ZOS want's us to catch up.....but not catch up......allowing the exploiters who already have over 1000 CP to still have an advantage when the max gets to that level. Otherwise they wouldn't have adjusted anything about CP other than putting in an Active Cap. We all should have used bots like those people as nothing happened to them other than a small slap on the wrist....
"Oh, we aren't going to take away the CP you exploited, you just can't use it all at once. But don't worry, you'll still have a lot more than the non cheaters when the Cap is raised with every DLC."
I like their formula up to the point where a CP costs 400k XP again. Then it should level out, and there should be no extra penalty at the cap.
That way low CP players can accumulate them at a decent rate until the point where they are no longer at a distinct disadvantage against players that are closer to the cap.
I don't think ZOS's intention is to have the average player reach the cap each season. They just don't want them to be too far away from the players that are at or near the cap.
